Proposed Development Info
There is a proposal that has been submitted to the County to amend the zoning of the property bordering our community. Specifically, the proposal is suggesting the addition of 20 homesites on the 62 acres at the NE corner of 83/86. Supporting Documents will be provided below. This proposed development would border our lots 23-30 and our Tract A.
